PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards. Customers with PayPal (www.paypal.com for further info) accounts can send payments using our checkout.
We ship only to the USA. For international customers, contact us for shipping rates. If you are using credit cards, please make sure that your billing address matches credit card bank records. It is customer's responsibility to check duty, if any, that may be imposed by the receipient's customs/government office.
The company reserves the right to change pricing at any time without a prior notice.

SHIPPING
Shipping time and cost depend on the delivery address and shipping option you choose. Shipping usally takes between 4-11 days for USA orders.
For non-USA destinations, delivery time cannot be guaranteed but estimated. We recommend adding 3-7 business days to the available delivery option.
RETURNS
In accordance with the universal retail policy for special occasion items, all sales are considered FINAL. However, we understand that online customers are purchasing under somewhat blind conditions. Thereby, we allow returns for exchanges and store credits (for future use without expiration date) with a 50% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION, with the original tag, in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 5 days of delivery. It is very important that the return items arrive in new, resalable condition, in original packaging to ensure full credit. The company reserves the right to refuse or impose restocking fees on all unauthorized, late, damaged, and/or items missing labels. Returns sent after the allowed period of time will be shipped back to the customer, and all costs incurred in returning the item will be charged to the customer.
